We Found D.B.Cooper

2010 has been a good year for USV and our new members. Cooper is a long time villun who is great to game with and always spams the shoutbox with endless amounts of smilies. The combination of him and Ladee may be more than anyone can handle…. we’ll see.

On a side note, we are trying a new section for our members created specifically for JD as no one was quite sure were he belongs now.

I just wanted to put out an update with some of the current happenings in USV. One bright note is that Bash-man decided to join up with us on March 30th, so please welcome him aboard, kill him in Warpath, or help charge him into the water. We have added several new members this year and plan to keep bringing some in to offset the changes we are seeing.

One of those changes is that our long time We3 member, Nuckin, is stepping down. Real life combined with the current selection of games is not allowing him to continue as he wants to. Skelly and me are still active and will be deciding on how to pickup a new We3 member. Nucking plans to keep around the forums occasionally and hopes to find himself playing new games in the future.

Lastly, one of our resident Canuks, JD, is moving on up to a deluxe apartment…. Well, he actually is on the new Ville Council helping to steer the ever growing community in the right direction. All the new council members decided stepping out of their current guilds would be best to alleviate any foreseen special treatment to one guild or another. Even though he has no tag, he still trolls our forums and adds his nonsense to our threads.

After a long stall on recruiting, USV has added a few members this year, which should be the start to more to come throughout the rest of the year. Currently the new members include Espada, Corgasm, Kallous, and Thaewyn. Please catch them out on the servers and if you’re an admin abuse them with slaps and beacons. It great to have you all join.

We have fished one new member from our little purple pond.
He had a washing tag on him that noted that he ripples in the dryer and shrinks when near too many flames.
Hes named NoahTheBoa so give him a warm welcome in the dryer since he did come from our can infested pond.

Nuckin is putting together a USV sponsored night for DODS. It is going to be a realism night which some of you may be familiar with and some may not. Further explanation is given with this thread over at TheVille.org. Please check out the thread and wait for the suggested time and date for the event. When we get that information we will be posting that too.

So we will have a little pile-up of USV in the DOD.Source server.
The date is the 26th thats a tuesday and the time will be 7pm central.
The server won’t be locked so others can join in on the fun.
Go stack both of the teams and nade someone for me.

Objective: To have good old fun
Secondary objetive: Shoot some USV butts

Fun Night

So we had our first fun night of the year and it was great. Got a few new faces in (family ganjy) to join in the fun and also I got my sleepy, but got up for some fun night action. There was a pretty good turnout of us and that seemed nice. A few of you pointed that we could have a new night sometime soon on DOD Source so the others could join in also and that’s a good idea. Maybe not lock up the server but just stack in there to shoot some zookas for fun with other villuns if they join.
Let’s think it over and do it.

Skelly reserved our group the TV X server for a night of silly mayhem on Saturday May 2nd at 8pm ville time. I would try to make it if you can as I’m sure it will be a great time.
