Chapters were started as a way for current friends and smaller groups to become associated with TheVille.org and participate with =USV=.  Over the years there have been just a few chapters created within =USV=, such as the Shovel Squad {SS}; however, the idea is still accepted and future chapters are more than welcome to join the ranks.  Below is a more detialed  outline of how the original We3 members envisioned the chapters working.

1.      Chapters should be comprised of 6 or less members, including Chapter Representive.

2.      Chapters will follow =USV= guidelines and philosophies.

3.      All Chapter members will be given access to the =USV= forum.

4.      All Chapter members wear their desired clan name with = in front and -V= on the end. This includes the =USV= Chapter Rep. example: =MNC-yourname-V=

5.      =USV= Chapter Reps retain the right to vote in all =USV= votes. During Votes that affect the Chapter, the Rep will be the voting member representing his Chapter’s wishes.

6.      Chapter Reps should pick members who are ready to agree and follow our philosophy and Vision. It is not the intent of we3 to control memberships, however, in anticipation of future problems the following stipulation applies.

7.      Reps will be permitted to pick who they like for chapter membership. However, we3 reserves the right to refuse anyone who they deem unfit for membership.
Examples: banned by The Ville, known trouble makers, and cheaters.
All admission disputes will be heard and reviewed by we3 and the involved parties. we3 will express our reasons to you clearly. Our decision, when given, is final.

8.      Chapter members can be suspended for violation of our rules. Chapter charters can be revoked.  If a Chapter gets too far out of line, all members will lose access to our forum and will no longer wear our tag.

9.      =USV= is not responsible for disciplining individual members. That is the responsibility of the Chapter Rep. We3 will help inexperienced Reps in doing this by offering advice and guidance. In the end, however, if it does not work, the Chapter will be punished as a unit by removal or other plausible means.

10.  Chapter Reps will be free to police their own ranks. But in the event that someone’s activity(ies) becomes disruptive to =USV=, We3 will has the right to intercede.  We3 will offer full support and backing to all Chapter Reps who are having troubles with members. Chapter Reps should inform We3 of recurring problematic members. we3 would like to be able to help with support in game and in the forums prior to and after aggressive actions are taken.

11.  We3 will help Chapters set up a private forum for their usage if desired.
